1 cup Octonuts Protein Almond Pancake & Waffle Mix
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
2 Tbsp oil (preferably Octonuts California Almond Oil) or butter
Preheat waffle iron on medium heat setting. Whisk 2 large eggs*, 1/2 cup of milk and 3 Tbsp of oil or butter in a large bowl. Add 1 cup of Octonuts Almond Pancake & Waffle Mix and whisk until well blended. Pour 1/2 to 2/3 cup of batter onto waffle iron. Cook for approximately 3 minutes. Serve with your favorite toppings.
