For all orders shipping is calculated at checkout. If you can't wait to receive your Octonuts purchase, expedited shipping options are available during checkout.
Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours after payment is processed. Orders placed and paid for over a weekend will be shipped out on the first business day after the order is placed.
If we do something wrong, or if our product is defective, we will make it right with a replacement or refund. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
