1 cup Octonuts Almond Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix
2 large eggs
2/3 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
2 Tbsp oil (preferably Octonuts California Almond Oil) or butter
Preheat lightly oiled griddle or skillet to 350°F. Whisk eggs, milk and oil or butter in a large bowl. Add 1 cup of Octonuts Almond Pancake & Waffle Mix and whisk until well blended. Pour 2 Tbsp batter per pancake onto a hot griddle. Cook for about 3 minutes until the edges are dry. Turn and brown on the other side. Serve with your favorite toppings — ENJOY!
