1 cup Octonuts California Almond Protein Powder
3-4 cups water (see notes below; less water = thicker milk)
2 pitted dates
1 tsp cinnamon
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Start with 3 cups of water, adding more if milk is too thick. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Strain by placing cheesecloth or a nut milk bag over a large bowl. Pour the almond milk from the blender into the strainer.
