INGREDIENTS
2 cups Old Fashioned Rolled OatsĀ (regular or gluten free) 1 scoop Octonuts California Almond Protein Powder 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon 3/4 tsp salt 2 large eggs, beaten 2 cups milk (š”TIP: Try our Easy Homemade Almond MilkĀ for aĀ non-dairy option) 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 tsp vanilla extract Peaches for topping, optional
HOW TO
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
Mix the rolled oats, Octonuts Almond Protein Powder, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract together in a bowl; mix well.Ā
Pour into an 8x8 baking dish.
