Waffle Sticks with Matcha White Chocolate Dipping Sauce

1/2 cup white chocolate chips (melted) 2 tbsp cocoa butter (to thin out the chocolate) 1 tsp matcha powder
HOW TO
WAFFLES: Preheat waffle stick maker on medium heat setting. Whisk eggs, milk, oil or butter in a large bowl. Add 1 cup of Octonuts Almond Pancake & Waffle Mix and whisk until well blended. Pour ½ cup onto waffle iron. Cook for approximately 3 minutes.
DIPPING SAUCE: In a small saucepan, melt the white chocolate chips and cocoa butter. Whisk in matcha powder until blended.
Serve with fruit, nuts, other accompaniments of choice. Enjoy!
TIP 1: If you don't have a waffle stick maker, make regular waffles and cut them into sticks.Â
