Peach Walnut Cobbler with Octonuts Walnut Protein Powder

INGREDIENTS

FILLING

1/4 cup salted butter (melted)⁣
4-5 ripe peaches (sliced)⁣
1/2 cup coconut sugar⁣
1 tbsp brandy or bourbon (optional)⁣
2 tsp pure vanilla extract⁣
1 tsp cinnamon


DOUGH TOPPING

1/2 cup Octonuts California Walnut Protein Powder
1 cup all-purpose flour⁣⁣
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts ⁣
2 tsp baking powder⁣
1 stick salted butter (melted)⁣
1/2 cup milk
⁣

HOW TO

Peach Walnut Cobbler with Octonuts Walnut Protein Powder

Brown 1/4 cup butter in a cast iron pan until it’s golden brown. Put in the sliced peaches, sprinkle the cinnamon, 1/2 cup of the coconut sugar, vanilla, bourbon or brandy, and cook slightly for 3 mins.

While the peaches are cooking, prepare the dough. Combine the walnut powder, all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup of the coconut sugar, and chopped walnuts with 1 stick melted butter and 1/2 cup milk. Mix by hand to turn it into a crumble. Sprinkle on the semi-cooked peaches and put it in the oven. ⁣

Bake at 375F for 10-15 minutes. ⁣

Top with vanilla ice cream and ENJOY!
