Raspberry Cream Chia Pudding with Octonuts Almond Protein Powder

Breakfast just got an upgrade to dessert. (Don't tell anyone it's packed with NUTritious ingredients.) Get your plant protein and fiber with this simple and flavorful creamy chia pudding featuring our finely-milled, 1-ingredient California Almond Protein Powder.

Raspberry Cream Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS

RASPBERRY LAYER

1 cup raspberries
1/2 tsp honey (or sweetener of choice) 
1 scoop Octonuts California Almond Protein Powder

CHIA PUDDING LAYER

4 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup water

CREAM LAYER

1 cup coconut yogurt

1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional Toppings: Granola, toasted coconut, whipped cream, fruit, nuts.

HOW TO

Whisk chia seeds and water; let sit for 15 minutes, mixing twice during this period.

Blend raspberry layer ingredients and pour into a glass or mason jar. Layer chia pudding and yogurt cream layers on top of the raspberry layer, then garnish with toppings of choice and enjoy!
