1 cup raspberries
1/2 tsp honey (or sweetener of choice)
1 scoop Octonuts California Almond Protein Powder
CHIA PUDDING LAYER
4 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup water
1 cup coconut yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional Toppings: Granola, toasted coconut, whipped cream, fruit, nuts.
Whisk chia seeds and water; let sit for 15 minutes, mixing twice during this period.
Blend raspberry layer ingredients and pour into a glass or mason jar. Layer chia pudding and yogurt cream layers on top of the raspberry layer, then garnish with toppings of choice and enjoy!
