Your salad game will surely score points with this easy to prepare, colorful combo of plant-based protein, veggies, and sweet mango tossed in a flavorful Walnut Oil Tahini Dill Dressing.
INGREDIENTS
SALAD
1 chopped mango 1 cup edamame beans 1 cup red kidney beans 2 cups baby spinach 1/2 chopped white or purple onion 1 chopped yellow bell pepper
TAHINI DILL DRESSING
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice 2 tbsp honey 1/4 cup tahini 1/3 cup Octonuts California Walnut Oil Dried or fresh dill (to taste) 1/4 tsp black pepper Salt (to taste)
HOW TO
Prepare the Tahini Dill Dressing. Combine the salad ingredients in a bowl, then drizzle with dressing and toss to combine. Enjoy!
