1 chopped mango
1 cup edamame beans
1 cup red kidney beans
2 cups baby spinach
1/2 chopped white or purple onion
1 chopped yellow bell pepper
TAHINI DILL DRESSING
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tbsp honey
1/4 cup tahini
