INGREDIENTS

Mango Edamame Salad with Octonuts Walnut Oil Tahini Dill Dressing

SALAD

1 chopped mango
1 cup edamame beans
1 cup red kidney beans 
2 cups baby spinach
1/2 chopped white or purple onion
1 chopped yellow bell pepper

TAHINI DILL DRESSING 

1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tbsp honey
1/4 cup tahini
1/3 cup Octonuts California Walnut Oil
Dried or fresh dill (to taste)
1/4 tsp black pepper
Salt (to taste)

HOW TO

Prepare the Tahini Dill Dressing. Combine the salad ingredients in a bowl, then drizzle with dressing and toss to combine. Enjoy!

Tip 💡 Prep the salad dressing and salad ingredients in advance, then toss everything together when you're ready to serve.
