INGREDIENTS
1/2 cupĀ OctonutsĀ California Walnut Protein Powder 1/4 cup coconut flour 2 tbsp cacao powder 2 tbsp maple syrup 1/3 cup melted dark chocolate and some extra for coating the final bars 1 cup almond butter 1 tsp vanilla extract or powder 1/2 cup homemade or store-bought raspberry jam
HOW TO
Mix all the ingredientsĀ except the jam. Chill until firm.
Roll out the dough and cut into square shapes.
PutĀ a spoonful of raspberry filling in the center and and seal the sides.Ā
Cover the bars with melted dark chocolate; let them cool in the fridge.
Optional: Garnish with anotherĀ drizzle of chocolate and sprinkle with freeze-dried raspberries.
Keep refrigerated.
