Mango Chia Protein Smoothie with Octonuts Almond Protein Powder

Mango Chia Smoothie with Octonuts Almond Protein Powder



1 mango, cubed and frozen
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 scoop Octonuts California Vanilla Almond Protein Powder
1 tsp Manuka honey (maple syrup or agave are also options)
1 1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup ice
1 tsp vanilla


1 tbsp chia seeds
10 oz water


Mix the chia pudding ingredients; let it sit for 15 minutes until it has a jelly-like consistency.

Blend the smoothie ingredients. Pour half of the smoothie into a glass, then pour the chia pudding closer to the glass wall. Add the rest of the smoothie. Gently push the chia pudding part with a straw so it spreads around the glass wall.
