INGREDIENTS
1 egg⣠1 tbsp ground flaxseed⣠2 tsp fresh lemon juice⣠1 1/2 cup milk 1 cupĀ OctonutsĀ Vanilla Almond Protein Powder 1 cup brown rice flour ⣠2 tsp baking powder⣠½ tsp salt⣠½ tsp cinnamon⣠½ cup sugar⣠¼ cup OctonutsĀ California Cold Pressed Almond Oil 1 tsp vanilla⣠1 cup finely diced ripe mango⣠½ cup unsweetened shredded coconutā£
HOW TO
Combine everything in a medium-size bowl, pour into a lined muffin pan, top with extra shredded coconut, mango pieces and crushed almonds or pecans. ā£
Bake at 350F for 23-25 minutes, or until itās slightly browned at the edges.
