Easy Chocolate Protein Pudding with Octonuts Almond Protein Powder

Kids (and kids at heart) will love this creamy, dreamy chocolate pudding with a nutty twist from our 1-ingredient California Almond Protein Powder.

Octonuts Easy Chocolate Pudding with Almond Protein Powder

INGREDIENTS

2 cups milk (💡TIP: Try our Easy Homemade Almond Milk a non-dairy option)
1/4 cup white sugar
1 scoop Octonuts Almond Protein Powder
1 1/2 TBSP cocoa powder
1 1/2 TBSP cornstarch
1 TSP vanilla extract

HOW TO

In a saucepan, stir together the sugar, Octonuts Almond Protein Powder, cocoa powder, and cornstarch. Place over medium heat and stir in milk.

Bring to a boil, and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

Pour into bowl or jars. Put a small film of plastic wrap over the top of each container.

Easy Gluten Free Chocolate Pudding with Octonuts Almond Protein Powder

Let cool briefly and enjoy warm, or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
