Easy Chocolate Almond Protein Pudding

INGREDIENTS
2 cups milk (💡TIP: Try our
Easy Homemade Almond Milk
a non-dairy option)
1/4 cup white sugar
1 scoop
Octonuts Almond Protein Powder
1 1/2 TBSP cocoa powder
1 1/2 TBSP cornstarch
1 TSP vanilla extract
HOW TO
In a saucepan, stir together the sugar,
Octonuts Almond Protein Powder
, cocoa powder, and cornstarch. Place over medium heat and stir in milk.
Bring to a boil, and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Pour into bowl or jars. Put a small film of plastic wrap over the top of each container.
Let cool briefly and enjoy warm, or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
