INGREDIENTS

1 ripe banana
2 eggs
2 scoops Octonuts California Almond Protein Powder

HOW-TO

Octonuts 3 Ingredient Almond Protein Pancakes

Mash the heck out of that ripe banana. Add the 2 eggs and protein powder. Scramble using a fork or whisker, breaking up powder chunks as needed.

Coat a non-stick skillet with our California Cold Pressed Virgin Almond Oil or cooking spray. Heat skillet to medium, then pour pancake batter into ~3" circles. Check for pancakes to turn golden, then flip until they're golden all around. Transfer to a plate and serve with your favorite topping(s).
