1/4 cup oil or butter
2 cloves of garlic
3 cups chopped mushrooms
Salt (to taste)
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup Octonuts California Walnut Protein Powder
4 cups chopped spinach
2 cups marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozarella cheese
1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese
Lasagna sheets (with our without gluten)
Make the mushroom walnut filling. Sauté onion, garlic and mushrooms in olive oil for 3 minutes. Add the Walnut Protein Powder, mix until combined and remove from the heat.
Cover the bottom of the lasagna pan with Marinara sauce and assemble ready-to-bake lasagna sheets with fresh spinach, mushroom walnut filling, cheese and marinara sauce.
Bake at 370F for 25 minutes.
