INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup oil or butter 2 cloves of garlic 1/2 onionā£ 3 cups chopped mushrooms Salt (to taste) 1 tsp black pepper 1/2 cup Octonuts California Walnut Protein Powder 4 cups chopped spinach 2 cups marinara sauceā£ 2 cups shredded mozarella cheese 1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese Lasagna sheets (with our without gluten)
Cover the bottom of the lasagna pan with Marinara sauce and assemble ready-to-bake lasagna sheets with fresh spinach, mushroom walnut filling, cheese and marinara sauce. ā£
Bake at 370F for 25 minutes.
