Meet the meatless lasagne in disguise. 🦸🏻♀️ Our 1-ingredient Walnut Protein Powder brings rich flavor, dense protein, and vital NUTrition that makes it a perfect vegetarian alternative—without all the weird ingredients found in many meat substitutes.
1/4 cup oil or butter 2 cloves of garlic 1/2 onion 3 cups chopped mushrooms Salt (to taste) 1 tsp black pepper 1/2 cup Octonuts California Walnut Protein Powder 4 cups chopped spinach 2 cups marinara sauce 2 cups shredded mozarella cheese 1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese Lasagna sheets (with our without gluten)
Make the mushroom walnut filling. Sauté onion, garlic and mushrooms in olive oil for 3 minutes. Add the Walnut Protein Powder, mix until combined and remove from the heat.
Cover the bottom of the lasagna pan with Marinara sauce and assemble ready-to-bake lasagna sheets with fresh spinach, mushroom walnut filling, cheese and marinara sauce.
Bake at 370F for 25 minutes.
