Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

If we do something wrong, or if our product is defective, we will make it right with a replacement or refund. You may request a replacement or refund by contacting customer service. We require that you make this request within 30 days after purchase.

If there is a refund, we will refund using the same payment method as the purchase. We will arrange for shipping and handling if customer service authorizes an item for return due to our mistake or a product defect. We require return items in unopened, unused condition in the original packaging.

Perishable items may not be returned. Also, the following items are not eligible for a return or refund: gift cards, memberships, and final sale items.
